Meet Dr. Paula Stewart

Dr. Paula Stewart is a native of Raymond, Mississippi. She received a certificate of dental hygiene in 1981 from University of Mississippi School of Health Related professions. after practicing for fourteen years and three children later , she returned to UMMC School of Dentistry where she became a 1995 Cum Laude graduate and for seventeen years practiced dentistry as the sole practitioner. In June 2012, she relocated her practice from Clinton, MS to the more centrally located beautiful Highland Village of Jackson, MS. There she brought on two dental associates her son, Dr. Stewart Strange and Dr. Anna McVey to her new clinic Paula Stewart DMD & Associates Family Dental Center. The new clinic was recognized by "The Best of Jackson" as Best Dentist 2013 and 2014 .

Dr. Stewart has always been active in local , state and National dental organizations the community and the Church. She served as the 139th Mississippi Dental Association President (2014-2015). She has served and continues to serve on numerous Boards. During her spare time she enjoys traveling with family and friends, snow skiing, hiking, the outdoors in general and music of all genres. She is the mother of three children: Dr. Stewart Strange, her dental associate , Adelaide a Community Account Manager at Logo Nation and licensed insurance sales representative with State Farm Insurance and Roger a Facility Director with the WWII Museum in New Orleans , LA. She is affectionately known as "Pippa" to her two grandchildren Waverly and Dempsey.
