We want your experience at Mississippi Dental Center to be smooth and comfortable. We encourage you to read our new patient information to become familiar with our forms, financing, and insurance policies prior to your visit to our dental practices.

APPOINTMENTS

Hours
We are available on Monday and Thursday from 8:30 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. with an hour lunch break from 12-1. On Tuesday and Wednesday, we are available from 7:30 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. so that we may accommodate our patients during their lunch hour. Our office management team is available on Fridays 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. to take care of any business questions you may have.

Scheduling
Our office will be happy to assist you in scheduling your appointments to fit your schedule needs. Since appointment times are reserved exclusively for each patient, we ask that you please notify our office 48 hours in advance of your appointment time if you are unable to keep your appointment. Our office will be happy to remind you of your upcoming appointment via phone, text messaging, emails, and/or postcards. Ultimately, it is your responsibility to notify our office if you are unable to keep your appointment.

Payment Policies
Payment is due at the time the service is rendered. We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express), cash, checks, or debit cards for your convenience. We also offer financing with Care Credit (some restrictions do apply). Care Credit is a convenient payment program specifically designed to pay for dental or medical care. For more information on this financing option, please visit www.carecredit.com. Any other financial questions/arrangements should be discussed with the office manager prior to your appointment date.

Insurance
As a courtesy, we will be happy to file your dental insurance. Any amount determined not to be covered by your insurance company is payable at the time services are rendered. These fees may include deductibles, co-payments, certain procedures not covered by your insurance policy, and the difference between our fees and amount covered by the insurance company.

As a health care provider, we must emphasize that our relationship is with you and not your dental insurance company. Your dental insurance is a contract between your employer and the insurance company.
